Senior Executive Associate
Stacie is a Senior Executive Associate with over 29 years in project management, cost engineering, contracting strategy development, and quality. She has held both project leadership and functional leadership roles and supervised teams and influenced projects across the globe from the US, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia, India, Europe, and Africa.
As a former ExxonMobil employee, Stacie was a collaborative team builder with a proven track record of recruiting diverse talent, building inclusive teams, and delivering results. She has extensive experience working with teams across energy business sectors of Upstream, Downstream, and Midstream with all resource levels from executives to field personnel. She specializes in turning poor-performing teams into highly motivated, empowered teams that produce. Stacie has a passion for taking on tough challenges and turning ill-defined, inefficient processes into effective, profitable ones.
Stacie has a Bachelor of Science (BS), Industrial Engineering & Management from Oklahoma State University. She has also had Project Management and Enterprise Leadership Training from the University of North Carolina and General and Advanced Leadership Training from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ. In her spare time, Stacie loves hiking and biking and spending time outdoors. She is also active in her church missions and is an avid sports fan. Stacie is married with three children and resides in Houston, TX.
