We have some exciting news. As many of our clients have requested over the past several years, Pathfinder has seen an influx of project team staffing requests. Pathfinder has been able to support a number of these requests, but it became obvious that the demand has outgrown Pathfinder’s existing project team augmentation support staff capacity.
With the above in mind, we have been looking at ways to bolster the Project Resources division of our organization and augment our Consulting and Professional Development capabilities as well. This process, which took roughly a year, included hiring a world-recognized consultant to assist in this initiative, evaluate optional paths forward, search for a partner that fits Pathfinder’s culture, client base and business needs, and select the optimum approach and teammate. We have decided on an outstanding approach and partner in this effort.
