Greg Brown is a capital planning and manufacturing leader with nearly 20 years of experience guiding organizations through front-end project development, capital allocation, and portfolio management. He brings a strong track record of aligning capital investments with business strategy while driving continuous improvement across global operations.

Greg has held leadership roles with WR Grace, FMC, DuPont, and ExxonMobil, where he managed complex capital programs ranging from $20 million to over $1 billion. Most recently, he led global capital planning and improvement initiatives at WR Grace, overseeing portfolio processes and long-range investment strategies.
Since joining Pathfinder, Greg has created value and insight for multiple clients through cost estimate assurance, project controls planning, cost and schedule risk assessment, cold-eyes capital portfolio prioritization, and business case validation.
He is known for his ability to integrate technical engineering expertise with financial and strategic insight, helping organizations improve project outcomes, streamline capital processes, and strengthen decision-making. Greg holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Maryland and brings deep experience in project economics, estimating, and capital governance.
