For over 50 years, the Engineering and Construction Contracting (ECC) Association has provided unique opportunities for industry pioneers and innovators to collaborate in a forum free from the daily demands and politics of business — the Annual ECC Conference. Formed by owners, contractors, suppliers and academics in the engineering and construction business, the ECC aims to drive excellence and the long-term success of the industry through networking, innovation, and outreach.
Stacie is a Vice President for Pathfinder, LLC, who leads Pathfinder’s Downstream and Petrochemical Sector. She has over 32 years of Project Management experience, 29 years within the ExxonMobil family of companies (Upstream, Midstream and Downstream) before joining the Pathfinder consulting team 3 years ago. Stacie has held both project leadership and functional leadership roles and has supervised teams and influenced projects across the globe from the US, Canada, Russia, Southeast Asia, India, Europe and Africa.
Stacie is a collaborative team builder with a proven track record of recruiting and hiring diverse talent, building inclusive teams and delivering results. Stacie was a charter member of the ExxonMobil Inclusion and Diversity Council and helped establish sustainable programs, fostered employee engagement and promoted an inclusive environment. As chair of the Executive Women’s Leadership team, Stacie worked to attract, develop and retain women as well as establish policies and procedures to benefit not just women but the entire workforce.
Stacie and her husband, Derek reside in Houston, TX and have three children. Her daughter, Katie is a Civil Engineer working for ExxonMobil. Her daughter Kayla is a Bio-Medical Engineer working for Stryker, and her son, Joshua is a Sophomore, Mechanical Engineering major at the University of Texas, Austin. Stacie loves sports, being outdoors, and beach / mountain vacations. Her family has a goal of visiting all of the National Parks.
