Mark is a Senior Associate at Pathfinder. He has experience in project management and project controls in the Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Manufacturing industries which he monitored forecasts and performed analysis of project schedules, cost, and progress performance.   Mark also has experience with the implementation of Pathfinder's risk analysis tools along with proprietary Pathfinder-developed project planning/scheduling and project management software.  Mark provides analysis for consulting assignments detailing Independent Project Reviews, Risk Assessment for both Cost and Schedule, Schedule Reviews, and application of Construction Industry Institute's Project Definition Rating Index.  

Mark also supports Pathfinder's training department with these subjects as needed.
