Lou is Chairman of the Board of Pathfinder, LLC. For over 40 years, he has had extensive hands-on experience managing major process industry projects worldwide. He is a recognized engineering and capital project delivery service organizational expert, having led more than 25 major studies of this type, and has helped develop special analytical tools and methods to support such optimization studies. 

In addition, Lou has presented training courses and seminars on project management discipline practices for both domestic and international clients as well as many industry associations.
