Jimmy is a Vice President with Pathfinder, LLC and is responsible for the Power, Metal & Mining, Government and Contractor Industries. He is an accomplished Project Control professional with over thirty-five years of diverse experience in a wide range of industry sectors. He has completed both domestic and international assignments ranging from “hands-on” Project Control implementation to Leadership positions on multi-billion dollar projects. His background encompasses corporate leadership as the Vice President of Project Controls and Estimating for one of the industry’s largest EPC Contractors where he had Project Controls responsibility for a worldwide portfolio of projects with a staff exceeding four hundred and twenty-five (425). Executive responsibilities included direct involvement in the Independent assessment of ongoing projects. He served as a founding member of the “Project Review Board” for a major EPC Contractor and was instrumental in the establishment of the process that governed review activities. 

Jimmy has particular skills in the design and implementation of sophisticated Project Controls processes and procedures. He served as Project Manager for the implementation of a state-of-the-art Project Control system used across a multi-billion dollar EPC portfolio. This highly successful initiative facilitates full integration of estimating, scheduling, cost control and corporate accounting with real-time data access for hundreds of domestic and international users. The project required not only Project Control expertise but also a good working knowledge of evolving technology. Jim’s expertise is diverse having worked both in an office environment and at field locations and both as an EPC Contractor and as part of Owner Teams on Large capital projects. He is an accomplished trainer and technical writer with expertise in the preparation of procedures, manuals and other instructional material.
