Steve Liccini
Executive Associate
Steve is an Executive Associate for Pathfinder, LLC with over 40 years of international experience in project management, specializing in project contracting, negotiating, claims/dispute resolution, auditing, training, project planning, business controls, teambuilding, and all procurement-related activities.
Steve has actively participated in a number of Pathfinder assignments including developing training courses and guidelines for open-book EPC contract negotiations for a major oil/gas company. He analyzed and recommended enhancements for Canadian tar sands EPC contracts and has analyzed and recommended enhancements for a joint venture for a new technology oil shale development project in the US. In addition, he evaluated and enhanced basic contract forms and procedures for a major US technology company.
