Scott Diehl is an Executive Associate at Pathfinder with 28 years of experience in Industry. He has worked on large capital projects as part of both Owner teams and Engineering Consultants. Scott is committed to creating value through scope development, project cost and schedule control, and effective project team management. 

As a Project Manager, Scott has managed capital projects with a high degree of success in numerous industries such as Oil and Gas Production, Electric Generation, Oil and Gas transmission pipelines, and water/wastewater utilities.  

Scott facilitates customized training programs in Project Controls, Project Management and Contracting for Pathfinder’s training division. Scott delivers project management consulting services including facilitation for VIPs (Value Improving Practices) and PDRIs (Project Definition Rating Index). He also participates in Independent Project Reviews of complex projects.

Scott is a past Board of Director of PMI Southern Alberta Chapter and graduated in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo. He received a Masters of Engineering from University of Calgary. He currently facilitates the EPC Roundtable sessions for PMI.
