Saul is one of Pathfinder’s lead Project Controls professionals with over 10 years of experience in construction management, quantity surveying, quality control, estimating, planning, scheduling, and field supervision. His experience spans the petrochemical, energy, and commercial industries. Saul has a strong understanding of project management, development planning, scheduling, cost, and estimating and drives project completion with a “Safety First” approach. He brings extensive scheduling, planning, and project controls experience from multi-million-dollar projects. Saul’s highly disciplined approach to problem-solving and project execution have been key factors in successfully supporting clients.

As a Lead Planner/Scheduler, Saul’s accomplishments include leading the schedule development of all construction activities throughout a Data Center, multiple petrol and chemical plant projects using Primavera P6, and is currently developing the same with Cargill.  He coordinated and expedited the flow of work between departments of an establishment according to the execution strategy and project schedule while following all client guidelines. While working for Turner & Townsend, as a Planner / Scheduler supporting Pepco Energy Services, he created a preventative maintenance program with an integrated workorder process for over 500 assets energizing 6 Casinos in Atlantic City. While with Turner & Townsend he provided Project Site Management support for the rehabilitation project of a Premium Hilton Brand Hotel representing the owner. In a quality surveyor/quality control role, Saul managed the process of an industrial scaffolding company for turnarounds at Valero, BP, Shell, and Chevron refineries in Louisiana.
