Rich is an Executive Associate with Pathfinder, LLC with 45 years of hands-on experience in Construction Management, Project Management, and Operations of grassroots and renovation projects for Energy, Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical facilities. He has successfully managed numerous projects throughout the United States exceeding $200 million and over a million direct labor hours. Rich is highly skilled in all phases of construction, contract administration, including RFQ preparation, negotiation and award of prime construction contracts along with final contract and claim negotiations. His experience also encompasses constructability studies/value engineering, coordination of design, project planning, scheduling, cost control, safety, QA/QC, establishing field offices and staff along with facilitating PDRI reviews and Interactive planning sessions. Rich has also developed up-front planning that led to successful validation and commissioning and startup.
