Ivan is an Executive Associate with Pathfinder, LLC and has over 35 years of General Management and Project Management experience in Hydrocarbon Processing and Production Facilities for the oil & gas industry. He has been the project manager for capital projects of diverse nature and size in the areas of natural gas processing, LPG, LNG, secondary oil recovery by water flooding, gas compression, offshore production systems, gas gathering and distribution systems, and information technology. He has also provided consultancy in contracting processes for offshore platforms, claims analysis and expert witness in international arbitration processes. Experience also includes Joint Ventures, Value Improving Practices (VIP), strategic planning, contracts negotiation and administration. He has a good working knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and its application to the oil industry, specifically in Business Process Reengineering/Restructuring and SAP implementation efforts. He is a former CIO of a large vertically integrated oil company and President of an affiliate for IT Services.

In addition to various consulting assignments, Ivan serves as a trainer for Pathfinder and also focuses on business development in the oil & gas upstream and midstream sectors.
