Chris is Senior Executive Associate of Pathfinder, LLC and has more than 35 years of experience in planning/scheduling and project/material control. Chris has expert-level experience in the application of Pathfinder's diagnostic and risk analysis tools as well as with numerous commercially available and proprietary Pathfinder-developed project planning/scheduling and project management software. He routinely provides project management and project controls oversight services for Pathfinder consulting assignments, including project management process application, organizational evaluation and development, Independent Project Reviews, Project Execution Plans development, Project Readiness Review (pre-Sanction) and Cost Estimate/Schedule Reviews and Risk Assessments.

Chris also presents training courses and seminars on these subjects for both domestic and international clients.
