In this multifaceted approach to learning, attendees will understand the roles and responsibilities of the owner and contractor’s project manager. This 1-day (7 PDH) workshop provides a perspective of the worldwide project planning and execution environment and how project management must react to fluctuations in this ever-changing industry. Through live instruction and collaborative break-out sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to better understand the function of the project manager and how creating an environment where others can work efficiently is the primary role.
