Ricci is one of Pathfinder’s Executive Associates. He brings a combined 25+ years of experience in Cost Estimating, Data Analysis, and Project Management. Ricci is an analytical problem solver who specializes in delivering practical project management and engineering solutions. He has led teams to achieve high-quality results, while demonstrating proven planning, estimating, scheduling, and risk management skills. Additionally, Ricci possesses strong strategic, client-focused, data analysis and communication abilities with the commitment to achieve challenging objectives in demanding environments.
Ricci spent most of his career with ExxonMobil where he managed high-profile projects and portfolios by preparing execution plans, setting budget targets, devising work allocation methods, and optimizing resources. He designed and presented innovative and impactful training programs, receiving five Outstanding Instructor awards across diverse topics. Other accomplishments include the development of creative solutions utilizing Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to analyze data and extract value for decision-making.
Ricci earned his Bachelor of Civil & Environmental Engineering with Highest Distinction and his Master of Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. In his spare time, he volunteers for various organizations in his community and enjoys golf, working around the house, and waiting for the kids to call.
