Lynn Ann is a Principal Associate with Pathfinder. She has over 25 years of experience providing project delivery and is a global Project Management expert. She develops strategies to support business objectives, drives positive culture change to enhance value proposition, develops capabilities & propels business forward. Lynn Ann is a passionate, people-centric leader with an astute ability to create a culture where people thrive and can link individual contributions to business objectives, driving engagement and building leadership capability. She has a unique ability to “see around corners”, pivot and create clarity from ambiguity to consistently deliver impactful results.
Lynn Ann has worked on both the Owner's and EPC Contractor's side of the table managing contractual, procurement, and interface aspects of large capital projects ranging from $5-$15B total expenditures and leading teams of over 100 personnel. She draws on sound business judgment and a broad experience base to deliver agile decision-making and keep results at the forefront. She has effectively negotiated contractor partnerships, driving cost reductions, maximizing profits, as well as growing company credibility and industry reputation. Her strength in building trust and credibility at all levels of an organization, coupled with a strong ability to communicate effectively and succinctly allows her to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries and foster an environment of inclusiveness and transparency.
Most recently, Lynn Ann held dual roles of Project Lead / Organizational Change Manager, leading a 4 person team in the development of a foundational, integrated Employee Development program to drive sustainable organizational development and enable strategic growth. She also led a 3-person team through the development of a suite of Performance Metrics for a large Projects organization focused on telling the balanced story of performance centered around value, shifting the mindset beyond just cost and schedule.
Lynn Ann earned her Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Memorial University in Newfoundland. She has also completed the Enterprise Leadership Program from UNC Kenan-Flager Business School and the Global Business Leadership Program from ASU Thunderbird School of Management. In her spare time, Lynn Ann likes to spend time with her husband and son outdoors and traveling the world.
