Carissa is a Project Controls Specialist with Pathfinder, LLC. She has over 8 years of experience in all aspects of Project Management and Project Controls for capital and turnaround projects in the Downstream Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, Upstream Oil and Gas, and Pharmaceutical industries. Her technical strengths include Project Management, Project Controls, Creative Problem Solving, and Data Analysis. Carissa has proven experience driving organizational change as well as leading and developing others.
As a Project Controls Specialist for Pathfinder, Carissa supports Project Cost Risk Assessments and assists our clients with successful project implementation. She analyzes cost trends by providing a basis for estimating the financial gains or losses, provides project control services, and delivers monthly executive status reports.
Carissa earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an Engineering Project Management Certificate from Texas A&M University. She is proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel VBA, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and SAP.
In her spare time, Carissa enjoys traveling the world, walks with her husband and mini Goldendoodle pup, reading, playing strategic board games, and hosting friends as well as spending time at her family ranch and with her church community.
