Pathfinder recently completed another highly productive three-day session as part of an ongoing yearly Project Management Training Program for a major U.S.-based refining company. This latest session was held at one of the company’s refining sites and included project engineers from both the host location and other regional facilities.
The focus of the program is practical, results-driven learning that equips participants to effectively plan and execute small, plant-based projects using both their company’s internal processes and industry-recognized best practices. Each session is led by a seasoned Pathfinder Project Management Subject Matter Expert alongside one of the company’s own senior-level project management professionals, ensuring that attendees receive both corporate alignment and real-world expertise.
