This fall marked our seventh year delivering the Risk Management segment of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) Best Practice Program. The program connects seven to ten universities each fall to industry and CII Best Practices, and our segment has become a core part of the curriculum.
This year, our session reached students at eight universities live and two through recorded materials. More than 100 participants learned how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks using proven CII tools and techniques. By combining theory with practical application, students gained skills they can carry directly into real-world projects.
Pathfinder is proud to support programs like this because they bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry practice. Investing in early education around risk management not only benefits students but also strengthens the project delivery landscape for years to come.
