Chris is an Executive Associate for Pathfinder, LLC with over 35 years of successful leadership roles of increasing responsibility highlighted by team achievements and innovative solutions that deliver top quartile results in capital projects, business development, and strategic initiatives. His accomplishments include numerous successful leadership roles in domestic and international projects to $1.2 B total installed cost.  Chris has directly managed several billion dollars of spending in upstream/downstream oil and gas, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, and turnarounds.  He has held leadership roles for Domestic and International mega-projects and broader leadership roles with corporate initiatives.   He transformed a fortune 500 company's capital program from worst to first in two years.  Chris spearheaded an innovative effort to win a competitive bid for a world-class petrochemicals complex in Trinidad.  He also led a strategic initiative to transform a fortune 500 company to a work process-driven organization.
