Pathfinder has combined its recognized project management Consulting Services with its Project Resources capabilities to provide a unique Project Management Contractor (PMC) capability that is unencumbered by traditional PMC conflicts.  Since Pathfinder is a Project Management organization, there are no issues in overseeing the engineering/construction activities, as Pathfinder’s sole focus is supporting the owner in managing the project, not executing the engineering/construction activities.
