As many owner organizations grow their capital portfolio, it has become apparent that they are often not organized nor staffed to handle the owner’s role in project planning and execution. Therefore Owners are looking for support in this area and in some cases need to staff and manage the entire Owner’s role in delivering successful projects.  Pathfinder has been providing these services for nearly 25 years and can furnish both, resources to fill out the existing owner project team or provide the entire Project Management Contractor (PMC) function.
