Jim Blevins

Jim Blevins is a Vice President with Pathfinder, LLC and is responsible for Downstream/Petrochemicals as well as oversight of the Houston office.  He is nearing 30 years of experience within the engineering and construction industry.  Mr. Blevins has supported many projects in various industry sectors including; refining, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, offshore, pipelines, pharmaceuticals, food/beverage, metals, pulp and paper and automotive.  His responsibilities have included project and construction management, project controls, team leadership, estimating, front-end planning, CPM scheduling, quantity surveying, earned value assessment, cost control/forecasting, subcontract administration, procurement, construction coordination, project controls training, proposal coordination and operations management. 

In addition to project consulting, Mr. Blevins serves as a trainer for Pathfinder, LLC with a focus on Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Planning/Scheduling, Contract Administration and Estimating.
