Bob is an Executive Associate at Pathfinder. He has 39 years of experience in the development of Project Controls systems, practices, procedures, tools and techniques and control of project cost and schedules in the Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemicals, Petroleum Refining, Cogeneration and Process industries for numerous Owner and Contractor organizations. His experience has been almost equally divided between cost and scheduling disciplines and he is proficient in addressing corporate, engineering office and construction site project control issues. He has been successful in the practical execution of Project Control principles and practices on a wide range of industrial projects valued between $20 million USD and $500 million USD and has demonstrated skills in the implementation and supervision of control systems development, execution and refinement.
Bob has been instrumental in developing and implementing Project Controls practices and tools such as cost reporting, trend analysis, change control, engineering and construction progress measurement, forecasting, planning/scheduling and resource management. Recent Project Control experiences include development of standards and tools for the control and forecasting of Reimbursable Construction Contracts for a global supplier of industrial process gasses; design and roll-out of Portfolio Reporting Systems for Plant Projects at three U.S. refinery locations; Project Control Manager for a Biopharm cGMP Production Facility, a polypropylene Facility in the northeast U.S. and a Bulk Pharmaceutical Facility in Singapore.
